Why K-Pop?

I've been thinking of other reasons why I've been keeping on patronizing K-Pop other than its songs, MVs and choreography. Until I saw this old fanvid of Rainbow Hyunyoung.

Speaking of the conceptual clonedome of K-Pop, it was such an esoteric experience to be able to read another interesting article from the loveliest Anti K-Pop Fan Girl on how to justify how authentic and well-substantiated your oppars' and noonars' mushit videos are. Very highfalutin and euphoric, indeed. That juicy shit is soooo true, so corporeal I could wail and pee in my pants and admit the sin myself.

A recent article from Reader's Digest via Dong-a Ilbo revealed that Seoul ladies are among the top most--YES YOU GOT IT I KNOW YOU WANNA READ THIS--beautiful women in the world.

Below is the English translation from allkpop on the exact article discussing netizen reaction toward such very objectively empirical study:

On a list that ranked the cities with the most beautiful women, Seoul came in on 9th place.

On June 21st, an American travel magazine, ‘Travelers Digest,’ released, a list of the top 10 cities where the most beautiful women live.

The news caught the attention of netizens as they saw Seoul takes the 9th spot.  The magazine said, “Seoul has some of the best nightlife and is filled with a lot of beautiful women, truly the best in all of Asia.  They set the trend for the rest of Asia to follow and are in the forefronts in fashion and music.”

Accompanied with this statement was another citing the music and beauty of some of Korea’s top girl groups including the Wonder Girls and T-ara.

Also, Seoul was the only Asian city that was able to make it on the top 10 list.

Now, hold your horses. We know this means another celebration for the legion of fangirls.

Late article okay. I don't have to say anything else. This picture speaks a lot of how I've been sedating myself--TO EASE THE PAIN AND AGONY OF NEGLECT. And to think of it, I was screaming all over Facebook up front to other people who couldn't care any less to KPop lest Kahi.

So here we have another rookie group churned out of the KKS empire of financial desperation: Gangkiz!

The group comprises of 7 girls, JiHyun, SooEun, HaeIn, Esther, EunByul, SoMin and HyeJi (not in particular order), and seems like a younger (on a second thought) redo of 7-ara--or soon-to-be 9-ara or T-9r9 or whatever. As much as how their name can be used as another sexual pun, their debut mini is the equivalent of exploited atrocity. Being their promotional song, Gangkiz is here to torment each one of us with their entrant masterpiece, Honey Honey!
